Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body’s acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’. The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognized around the world. One can use EFT tapping for anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress and many other issues.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. What are the benefits of meditation? Meditation has been studied in many clinical trials. The overall evidence supports the effectiveness of meditation for various conditions, including:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Pain
  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)

Grief/Loss healing – (Spiritual Care for Caregivers)

In its simplest form, grief is our response to loss and can be triggered by hundreds of reasons other than the death of a loved one. You may feel grief about losing a friendship or relationship, job, or opportunity. You might also experience the same feelings during happy times in your life: moving to a new state, adding a new member to your family, or graduating. Grief can arise when our everyday routine changes profoundly.

Spiritual Development and Freedom-Individual and Group Retreats/Spiritual Healing- Dark Night of the Soul are also a part of this healing journey.

Couplehood as a Spiritual Path

Couplehood is an educational program for couples based on Imago Relationship Therapy, a theory of couplehood co-created by Harville Hexdrix, Ph.DE., and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D.

The purpose of the program is to invite couples to achieve harmony, experience healing, and manifest their authentic spiritual selves with their relationship.
